Its very new so I dont have much to say. My girls use the air fryer. Said it may get a little crispier and maybe a little quicker to cook. Nothing that noticeable. I thought the one burner that heats faster was just O.K. I was boiling water for corn and seemed to take forever. What I really dont like and its not maj. is the storage underneath for baking sheets doesnt have a handle to open it. Its a little awkward.

I have had this stove a couple of months. My wife loves it. We did not think we would use the top grill but we do. The only drawback is if you do not have under counter lighting there could be a problem. Other than that it is a great stove. The air fryer is awesome.

This is the 2nd time that I have purchased this model gas range from LG. In my opinion it is the most beautiful the most functional the easiest to use with the most features and the most for ones money. The 1st range failed after 4 years and it was determined by LG that it could not be fixed economically. I am sorry to say that it took 6 months to resolve. I purchased this model again on 5/30/23 and it was delivered on 6/22/23. I had very little time to use it. Because of the extremely hot weather I could hardly use the oven. I was out of town on 8/11/23 when my husband had to call Freeman Gas Co. to come out to investigate a very strong gas smell and the range was determined at that time to have multiple gas leaks and the gas was shut off.

Purchased a few weeks ago. From the moment it was plugged in we have enjoyed it. The temperature of the oven heats up very quick and inside the oven it is very even heat distribution. The stove top is very easy to clean and the burners are on a constant flow. Very nice looking stove also.

I bought this range 1/2021 was not delivered until Feb. 2021- I guess due to COVID-19. You couldnt just walk in and buy a range. Have been very happy with my gas/convection/air fryer combination. Have been in love with it since day one. Recently 2023 igniter went out. Now back in business. My one issue is service supplier and LG are not on same page with service dates to repair things. So hiccup caused delays and time in getting it fixed. For a baker that is tragic. So heres hoping the 2 companies have a meeting to coordinate service repair times.

I have had this LG Gas Range for two weeks... it is a major upgrade from the old unit that came with the house I purchased... looks fabulous the different sized burners are a great feature have used the oven once but have yet to use the air fry feature. When in use the old range emitted a gas smell but this LG Range does not. Easy to clean spills that hit the surface. Only minor complaint is LG Appliances have bright white LED lights so the clock on this range is difficult to look at in the middle of the night when I get up and go into the kitchen.... wish the light display was an amber color which is easy on the eyes.

It will be two years next month since I purchased my LG gas range and unfortunately several functions on the control panel stopped working. Thank goodness I purchased the extended warranty through Home Depot. A repairman came out to replace the panel with a new one but after he left I discovered that additional functions on the panel were no longer working. I had to file another claim and was told someone would come back out once the part came in. I later received an email that the part was as not in stock/ not available. As of this date I will be reimbursed for the range. First time purchasing an LG product after doing a lot of research. I thought I was getting a quality product but now I dont know. I also purchased a new LG fridge at the same time. Im disappointed and a little worried about how long my fridge will last/ if Ill start having issues. Keeping my fingers crossed. Ill going to pass on the plan to purchase an LG dishwasher this year to complete my kitchen remodel.

I got the stove and microwave three weeks ago. Love the look and they look sleek in my kitchen. However I do not like that the control panel does not light up. That makes using the stove a un-needed challenge. I went through 4 service reps with no help one finally recommended a replacement stove and it was when the delivery guys brought the new stove that I discovered it was not a faulty stove but a ridiculous feature of the range. One of the delivery guys recommended keeping a flashlight by the stove. Really? I expect more from LG.

For the second time in my 40 married years I purchased a new range. Buying a new range is not something that ccurs often so purchasing one meant that a new one was really needed. I happened to see a great price on this gas range and couldnt walk away. I purchased it and brought it home. All was going well it even included the pieces needed to change the range from natural gas to propane. I was so excited until we started to put the rack in the oven and found the igniter broken. I called the store an no one was working in the department so after waiting for 20 minutes on hold I left a message. I went through the Manuel and found a repair number and called it. It took me a while to report the repair due to needing to register the warranty information along with having a difficult understanding the speaker due to a rooster crowing I didnt know you could take your rooster to work with you. I texted pictures of the broken parts aong with model and serial number. In the mean time I got a phone call from the store telling me I had to request repair on line which I did along with sending pictures of the broken pieces. Thankfully the repair company booked my repair 4 days after my purchase. They arrived and had a repair part. I was finally n business. Upon talking to the repair person I was not aware that after taking pictures and jumping through hoops trying to get repairs the repair individuals do not get any of those photos simply a concern. Why waste my time taking pictures and sending them if they are not being sent to the repair individual to expedite the repair. Other then that the stove works well...now that it is actually working and I love the blue interioe.

I purchased gas stove from Home Depot they just dropped it off in my living room as their non-employee deliver people do no installation. Three days later Service Tech I hired finds a defective bottom drawer. I have talked to LG Customer Service personnel half way around the world and in country to get repairs done. Sent pictures and hours on phone to no avail. They are great at promises but very poor on performance.

Bought it on January 15 2023 and a couple weeks ago only half of the center burner would light up and now my front main ultra burner wont light at all. I was supposed to be serviced for it this past Friday after originally wanting to schedule me for this past Monday and they called saying they needed to reschedule since the parts they ordered didnt come in on time. Kinda feel like LG is putting off having to fix it since it is u see warranty since we keep having to reschedule. Started out great and the oven still works perfectly but really hard to enjoy a stove when the main burner does not work at all

I have used stove for 2-3 months now. I find that sometimes the start button does not take the first try. I had to adjust my settings to make the over hotter as it was not cooking through to the middle of things. It was not set at appropriate setting in the factory. I had to call customer support to figure out how to make over hotter. Once I got that figured out my pizza is done in the center

Why do I have to buy an air fryer basket

I brought the stove because it has air fryer. When the stove arrived there was no air fryer basket or broiler pan. If I had that knowledge before hand I would not have purchased this stove. Its a rip off to advertise an air fryer in the stove and not included the basket. Bad business practices.

Issues with LG equipments. We bought three LG items. Two were unsatisfactory not so long after purchase. High $ equipment. First equipment:-Issues began shortly after purchase. We expected the items to self or autocorrect themselves. While waiting for this kind of expectation the return window past. When we contacted LG Associate We were told nothing we can do but asked us to repair ourselves. 2nd Equipment:- WATER LEAKAGE. TOO BAD NO FUTURE LG PURCHASE NOR DO WE RECOMMEND OTHERS.

Ordered from Home Depot installed and does not work. Had to fight with LG-multiple calls texts and was ignored on each occasion. Unit still does not work over 35 days later from purchase even after 4 attempts to fix.

Dont Buy LG Stoves

LG products Poor Quality 5/21/2023

Brought my LG gas stove with built in Air Fyer 2 years ago and the digital read out for the oven/clock features is malfunctioning as seen in the phone below taken at 6:00 pm. LG doesnt stand behind their product as they refused to replace or repair this problem.
